|2 cups flour||4-5 red potatoes|

|1 large egg||1 large onion (finely chopped)|

Notes - The recipe originally called for 2-3 potatoes but I prefer red potatoes and changed the number accordingly. The filling is really up to you and I personally like more garlic than what it called for but Anne doesn't so add and subtract as you see fit. If you have trouble getting the dough circles to crimp together, moisten the inside of the crimping area with a little water and it should stick.
