1-1/2 pounds ground beef 1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped celery 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup chopped onion 1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas 1 tube (7-1/2 ounces) buttermilk biscuits
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese  

  1. in a large skillet on medium, cook the beef, celery, and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain
  2. stir in the flour, salt, oregano, and pepper
  3. add tomato sauce and peas; simmer 5 minutes
  4. transfer to a greased 9x13" baking dish.
  5. separate biscuits, place them on beef mixture, sprinkle cheese on top
  6. bake uncovered at 350F for 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted
